Q: Up to what age can babycuddle bed use?

A: Babycuddle bed can be used from newborn to 12 months up to 2 years but depends on the baby's length.

Q: Is the babycuddle bed washable?

A: Yes, it's washable, the cover of the bed itself is not-removable but it's easy to wash, we provided wash instructions when you receive your parcel.

*We are also selling babycuddle bed cover on our website.

Q: What is the size of babycuddle bed?

A: The standard size of our babycuddle bed is 38 X 22 inches (96 X 56 cm) laid flat.


Q: How to order on the website?

A: Order process through the webshop

    1. Add to cart your order (fx. bed and head pillow or other items)
    2. upon CHECKOUT provide your shipping details (Name, Contact, Address, and email address-- This is for shipping purposes only).
    3. Choose your mode of payment (Bank, remittance, COD or credit card) 
    4. Check your email for a confirmation order. (*Bank Account and Remittance details and order confirmation will be sent to your email).
    5. A shipment update will be sent to your email once our partner courier picks up the item from our office warehouse.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

Our Modes of payment are:

  • Bank (BPI, BDO)
  • Selected remittance (Cebuana, Mlhuiller, Palawan)
  • Credit card (secured payment)
  • COD - Metro Manila Areas (with 120 pesos handling fee, Babycuddle Rider)
  • COD - Provincial Areas (with 150 pesos handling fee, Third Party Courier)

Note: Bank Account and Remittance details and order confirmation through email upon completion of your order online.

 Q: How many days is the delivery?

A: After we dispatch the bed Delivery lead days:

  • Manila areas: 2-4 days except for Sunday
  • Provincial areas: 4-6 working days

Note that due to volume of orders that we receive everyday, we will dispatch your parcel within 2 days upon receiving your payment.
*Delays from courier are out of hand, but we can assist you with follow ups. 

*Kindly check also your tracking numbers and update thru provided website of courier before making follow up to us so we can assist you properly.

Q: Is it Free Shipping?

A: Yes it's free shipping nationwide if you will pay via Bank, Remittance and Credit Card
*For COD we have handling fee

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do shipping internationally you can order thru our international webshop, (The shipping costs are shown doing checkout before you place an order).

Q: Do you have COD?

A: Yes, additional 120 for COD in Metro Manila areas, 150 for COD in Provincial areas.

 Q: Do you accept credit card payment?

A: Yes we accept credit card payment, you don’t need to have PayPal account  please choose an option “Pay with credit or debit card”

Q: What time is the cutoff of your payment?

A: We don't have a cutoff time of payment, our policy is paid now shipment tomorrow. 

*Note that due to volume of orders that we receive everyday, we will dispatch your parcel within 2 days upon receiving your payment.

Q: Is it door to door delivery?

A: Yes, it's door to door delivery Metro Manila and Provincial, but make sure your area especially provincial is serviceable by our courier, otherwise, we recommended that you pick up your parcel to the nearest branch of a courier in your area (paid orders only for branch pick up).

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: As of today, we don't have Physical Store, we are online shop and we do shipping nationwide and international. 

Q: Do you have this product in the mall?

A: No, we don't have yet product in any mall, Our product is the first in the Philippines you can always order online and we deliver the product to your door step.

Q: What is a 100% satisfaction guarantee? 

A: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the date you received it.
*Your item must be unused, no damaged and in the same condition that you received it.

*Shipping cost of the return parcel will be handle by the customer.

Q:  What is the process for returns?

A: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, no damaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: What is the process for refunds? 

A: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
